Final Post

During this semester , I have created many works of art, many trial and error, to create the works that you currently see on my blog. The first thing that I did was create a bully poster. I used a combination of Photoshop and Corel Painter. My poster was designed to send a message to people about the dangers of cyber bullying. The next thing I did was create a portrait. I had to create two portraits because one of them wasn't good enough. At one point, we had to animate the portrait using After Effects, but I wasn't able to do it, because I couldn't figure out how to work the software, because the tutorial we were given was using an older version of my current software (It was a common problem, and I wanted to kick the cr@p out the person who thought making this was a good idea). Instead, I did a intro clip using a different tutorial. I'm not sure if my teacher will approve of my substitution, but hopefully she'll understand. The last thing I created was a Threadless T-Shirt design. It was to be submitted to the website for critique.  Over the year, what I learned is that art can take much time and patience. It can take much time, and many edits and additions, to perfect a piece of work. I have learned to be more patient with my creations, and be patient with how it turns out. No matter how long it takes, it will eventually come together.

(I'm a notorious procrastinator, so making all of this took lots of focus and patience, especially from my teacher, Ms. Robinson, whom I personally thank for being so patient with me)
